If you’re Thinking about purchasing a hat from us please read these terms and conditions down below before purchasing!!! Purchasing an item automatically assumes that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions!
LunarLeafThreads does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to these following reasons:
- Hygiene, here at LunarLeafThreads we take hygiene extremely serious. Hats that have been shipped and worn/tried on can cause a huge hygiene risk for any other future customers who were to purchase the hat in the case that we would have issued a refund/exchange.
- Time and care, LunarLeafThreads puts a ton of time and love into each stitch in every hat, the attention to detail is very important to us as we want each hat to be one of a kind to an individual customer.
Due to these reasons, it would be extremely difficult for us to be able to resell these hats and get them out to another customer in the same condition they previously arrived in.
All hats are shipped out in Perfect condition as seen in photos, if your hat arrives damaged please contact USPS and provide them with all needed info. LunarLeafThreads is not responsible for any items damaged during transit.
